We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, Strategic Execution and Delivery within the Group Chief Controls Oversight Office (GCCOO).
The GCCOO is a new oversight structure being set up to simplify and improve the effectiveness of controls through a centralised approach and proactively manage underlying risk in the First Line of Defence (1LOD).
This role will give you the unique opportunity to drive and shape large-scale, complex change initiatives that directly impact HSBC’s global control environment and operational excellence. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the role empowers you to challenge conventional thinking, prioritise strategic opportunities, and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the organisation.
