We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager FX Wealth Development.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive the development of advanced management information (MI) and analytics frameworks to elevate liabilities business performance, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize profitable portfolio growth.
  • Develop pricing tool and enhance service propositions to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value.
  • Maintain the investment FX product suite on both digital and branch channels and ensure the product suitability and platform efficiency.
  • Support channel’s enquiries on investment FX products and conduct annual product review.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of product innovation, market research, and business development initiatives, ensuring delivery of both tactical milestones and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Represent the liabilities business in group-wide initiatives, providing expert input to shape enterprise solutions and drive their successful adoption across the organization.
  • Partner collaboratively with front-office, risk, and operations teams to execute high-priority liabilities product initiatives and resolve complex cross-functional challenges.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop portfolio deep dive analytics to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to global group policies and local regulatory requirements, embedding compliance into all strategic and operational activities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced professional certification (CFA, FRM) is preferred.
  • Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A keen eye for details and able to cope with stress to meet tight deadline.
  • Willing to learn and able to adapt new challenges.
  • Proficient English in both oral and written English.
  • Previous experience in banking/financial institutions is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
