About this role
Job Title:Manager , Data and Analytics
In this role, you will:
- Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics/ Product analytics/ Portfolio analytics etc.
- Strong business analysis, problem solving, project management skills and reporting skills are essential
- Developing effective and enduring relationships with various stakeholders to understand, recommend and drive delivery against business agenda
- Working with and liaising with data analytical teams across multiple functions to share knowledge and best practices
- Support in analyse and build new used cases and campaigns on customer journeys
- Manage and work with real time data to generate decisions on prospects, features for ongoing campaigns
- Knowledge in Financial services preferred
- The role holder shall also be expected to guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong culture of delivery and professionalism
To be successful you will:
- A degree in MBA with Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other numerical discipline, equivalent with relevant work experience in Data related technologies
- Strong analytical and curious mindset with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of Analytical and basic statistical concepts and basic understanding of Risk in Banking domain is preferred.
- Good project management skills, ability to confidently interact with senior management and communicate and synthesize information in a simple form
- Besides strong written and verbal communication skills the incumbent is also expected to have strong presentation skills
- Strong programming skills and sound knowledge of Python, SQL or other equivalent analytical tools is required. Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Looker, Big Query will be preferred
- Experience in data discovery, data management is preferred, Previous experience in data commercialization will be advantage
- Ability to transform a business problem to a data problem is required
