Chief Technology Office – Information Technology

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Enterprise Infrastructure Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HASE Infrastructure DevOps team to advise on OS, middleware, database across projects and functional areas.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure that meet availability and performance targets.
• Work with application teams to optimize database infrastructure and patterns.
• Triage and resolve database-related support requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and routine maintenance with minimal service impact.

• Maintain configuration standards and operating procedures and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, project managers and end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or other information technology-focused field of study.
• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure related area.
• DBA certification from Oracle, Microsoft, or another recognized vendor is preferrable.
• Expertise in one or more database platforms (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles, with emphasis on service operations.
• Experience in automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Self motivated, work independently, and demonstrates strong ownership.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage

Good to Have 

• Experience with complementary technologies (middleware, caching/messaging, or major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).
