We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Change and Implementation Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand the business environment, customer needs and translate into business requirements while maintaining a strong understanding of industry, regulatory and customer needs and ensure appropriate solutions are developed and delivered.
  • Support the programme/project with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme/project plan.
  • Plan and schedule project activities aligned with the project plan (agile framework) and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Perform in-depth impact assessment of proposed changes on processes, data and systems and formally document.
  • Provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.
  • Follow the requirements gathering and analysis process using Agile principles and ensure all requirements are aligned to business outcomes and have suitable benefits associated with it.
  • Escalate all risks associated with project plan and document them in a timely fashion (Understanding of RAID log).

To be successful, you will:

  • Candidate must have well rounded knowledge of Low Code No Code technologies (Blue Prism/Power Platform) and must be adept in Agile way of delivering LCNC projects.
  • Plans, mobilizes, and directs end to end delivery of a single automation project or workstream of a larger project/programme, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes & benefits.  
  • Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimizes the plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk.  
  • Ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as outlined in Change Methodology Frameworks. Identifies and intervenes where there is slippage and variance from plan.  
  • Proactively monitors project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle. Takes ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales and implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues & maintain appropriate project relevant documents.
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of Citizen Development program which includes promotion/adoption of LCNC & other required Orchestration activities.
