Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.</p><p>People Responsibility: No</p><p>Reports To: VP Central Operations</p><p><Role Purpose></p><p>This holder of this position is responsible for performing and checking the preparation process and the upstream data collection, verification and validation.</p><p>The data and information prepared by the team will subsequently be used for NAV calculation. </p><p><Job Contents> </p><p>The responsibilities of the team include the follows: </p><ol><li>market data collection, verification and uploading;</li><li>price check and verification;</li><li>static data setup and maintenance;</li><li>report generation and validation;</li><li>corporate action check and notification;</li><li>fund order placements;</li><li>fee billing;</li><li>trade processing (securities and currencies);</li><li>manage and govern the offshored parts of the above processes if any.</li></ol><p><Skills Requirements> </p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance is a plus</li><li>Experience in Fund Administration or in related Financial Services Operation</li><li>Strong understanding of general ledger accounting including the preparation of financial statements</li><li>Strong understanding of derivatives and portfolio accounting</li><li>Advanced Excel and Word skills is a plus</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, attention to accuracy and a positive attitude</li><li>Intermediate level in both spoken and written English</li><li>GPAD covered worker</li></ol><p><License/Qualification Requirement> </p><p>N/A</p><p>※ Applicants passing resume screening will be notified for interview and next steps.
