Take preemptive measures to avoid bad and non-performing loans</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Identify sales opportunities and liaise with product partners to deliver appropriate product and service solutions to increase revenue from customers and maximize profitability of each relationship</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Qualifications </strong></div><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;">University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Knowledge in the fields of cash management, trade finance, FX and other market products, asset management or structured finance</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Proven experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Pass in HKSI and IA licensing examinations preferred</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Strong growth mindset, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills</li><li style="list-style-type: none;">Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must</li></ul><div>The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
