Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an <strong>Assistant Vice President, Sales Quality.</strong></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>In this role you will:</strong></span></p><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, and conducting quality control checking</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Managing various sales quality reports</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Company's standards are fully complied with</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensuring focused leadership across the business, to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Promoting, fostering and monitoring sales compliance and sales integrity</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Providing recommendations, to improve and streamline the operation flow of the front sales office and other relevant business units</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Providing the team management with required management information, in order to inform decision making</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring his/her own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>To be successful you will need:</strong></span></p><ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Relevant experience in financial industry; Preferably possess insurance qualifications, e.g. M5, M9 & M9A</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good analytical skills, meticulous and has an eye for details</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactive, resourceful and takes initiative, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Opening up a world of opportunity<br></strong><strong><a href="http://www.hsbc.com/careers">www.hsbc.com/careers</a></strong></span></p><p><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
