About this role
Sult, the bar / restaurant / café on campus at the University of Galway in Galway City is currently recruiting for the role of full time Barista.
This role is full time, you must be available to work 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. This position is term time only
The Barista duties include:
Daytime hours; very few weekends.
Serving and attending to the needs of customers.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and hygiene at all times.
Ensuring that all company procedures, including HACCP, are adhered to at all times.
Operating tills and reconciling cash at the end of shift.
Full training will be provided in the areas listed above.

Proficiency in an teanga Gaeilge would be an advantage.
