Groundworks Supervisor (Sizewell C)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a major civils package on the Sizewell C nuclear new build project.
This is a key supervisory role overseeing groundworks gangs on a high-compliance, safety-critical site.
Supervise and coordinate groundworks gangs delivering drainage, ducting, concrete, earthworks and associated civils
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures
Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and task supervision
Monitor productivity, quality, and programme targets
Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site compliance
Requirements:
CSCS Gold Supervisor Card
SSSTS
CITB HSE Supervisor (SUPS)
Proven experience supervising groundworks gangs on large civil or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of health & safety and permit-controlled environments
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site
Desirable:
Previous experience on major infrastructure or energy projects
Familiarity with strict compliance and reporting standards
