About this role

Shapes and refines the PSS strategy, roadmaps, platforms, and SKUs in a global context through collaboration with R&D and solutions teams, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer insights. Conducts closed-loop post-analysis of global PSS strategies, evaluating their effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Provides valuable support to sales efforts directed towards end users and partners, offering subject matter expertise and strategic guidance. Determines and leads an effective product/ service/solution introduction process to assure an effective launch within the region. Provides ongoing forecasting activities to maintain sufficient product availability within the region, working closely with cross-functional teams. Manages, optimizes, and deploys regional alliance and partner funds, including specials, pricing, and price promotions. Leads obsolescence and end-of-life management of PSS within a region, including inventory disposition and discontinuation planning. Heads representation of the voice of the customer by analyzing insights on customer needs and preferences. Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently. Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
