About The Role
The Technology Controls Manager is central to ensuring that the Group’s control environment is structured, consistent, and transparent. This role provides hands-on management of the control library, facilitates self-assessments, and ensures that all controls are documented in a manner that enables traceability, repeatability, and assurance.
In a rapidly changing technology landscape, this role ensures that the organisation’s risk and control posture remains strong, with well-defined artefacts that support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
