Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Direct Channel Specialist Manager to lead our Strategic Accounts team in LATAM. You will manage Roiback’s most valuable accounts, define and execute long-term growth plans, and ensure optimal performance through innovative strategies and strong leadership. This role is key to driving revenue, loyalty, and positioning direct sales as a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Direct Channel Specialist Strategic Accounts team to achieve regional targets.
Define and implement 3-year strategic plans with major hotel chains, aligning sales, product, and technical roadmaps.
Negotiate and implement value-added products tailored to client needs; identify new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular calls, visits, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Product Development and IT to ensure client feedback drives innovation.
Represent Roiback at industry events, fairs, and workshops.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to lead high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Qlik, Salesforce, and Excel.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
Previous experience managing strategic accounts and leading teams.
