Job Summary

This role is pivotal within the Supplier Performance team and is responsible for overseeing the operational and quality performance of suppliers across all transfers. The position involves onboarding and upskilling suppliers to ensure they deliver services aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will act as the relationship lead for critical suppliers across top core volume gateways, proactively monitoring their performance and supporting commercial and operational teams.

The role also supports key client meetings, presenting performance updates and contributing to strengthening business relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for operational support and performance guidance, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the operational and quality performance of assigned suppliers.
  • Lead onboarding and upskilling processes to ensure suppliers meet SLA commitments.
  • Support critical client meetings by presenting performance improvements in key destinations.
  • Act as the main relationship handler for critical suppliers across core volume gateways, proactively managing performance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for supporting operations and account management teams in delivering services aligned with client SLAs.
  • Implement, monitor, and manage action plans for underperforming or key suppliers.
  • Minimize operational issues by improving supplier communication, processes, and delivery, reducing unnecessary contacts and defects.
  • Provide accurate performance data and information to the business in the event of supplier failure.

Skillset and Experience Required

  • Experience in supplier management, operations, or performance management roles.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to manage suppliers effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience managing SLAs and operational performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in high‑pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.
