The pay range for this position is $16.00-$18.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the hotel’s facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building infrastructure. The technician will work proactively to identify potential problems before they impact operations, thereby minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Collaboration with other hotel departments is essential to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to guest requests or emergencies. Ultimately, this role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning environment throughout the property.
