HSS is currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our national sales team in our Stadium and Events expansion division.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within stadiums, arenas, live events, festivals, convention centers, and large-scale venues. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and securing staffing contracts for high-volume, high-profile events. The BDM will work closely with operations, recruiting, and leadership teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that support event success and client satisfaction.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.
