Pay Range:

$39.60 - $59.40

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS St. Clare Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor to join our team.
This role provides shift coordination across departments within the nursing division to promote continuity of patient care by assuring compliance with medical and nursing orders, coordinating patient placement, monitoring nursing activities and channeling selected information. Addresses issues outside of nursing, as needed, to ensure patient, staff and visitor concerns are resolved.

ED experience required to assist when necessary!

• Department: Medical/Surgical and Emergency Department
• Core Function: Nursing
• Schedule: Part-time, 24 hrs/wk, Nights (7p-7a) and every third weekend
• Facility: St. Clare Hospital
• Location: Green Bay, WI

Education Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • 1 year Nursing experience is required.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required as per local affiliate guidelines.
