Job Responsibilities
Interviewing new applicants
Post plant job openings (Req’s)
Handle Plant specific bank statements
Train and handout LOTO
Assist with New Hire Orientation
Assist with Employee Plant specific training
Able to learn and work with Oracle, ADP, AwardCo, Alchmey, and any other HR system
Keep plant master key inventory
Send out weekly Medcor follow ups
Assist with Employee Medcor reports
Able to learn and do 1st processing paperwork
Ordering office supplies
Minimum Qualifications
Speak, write, and read English
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Team Player
Great attendance record
Keep sensitive information confidential
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
Previous HR experience

- The HR Technician is responsible for interviewing new applicants, assisting with new hire orientation, and managing plant-specific training. Additional duties include handling bank statements and maintaining inventory of master keys.
