At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is $21.20 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on crew efficiently loading turkeys following established guidelines and as instructed by the supervisor.
- Follow Live Haul sanitation procedures perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Position includes varying start times, work hours, working conditions, and some weekends as scheduled.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Able to wear respiratory protection equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Due to respiratory safety factors, this position requires a personal hygiene policy of no beards.
