Job Posting Details
Reporting to the Secretary-General and other senior members of the office as appropriate, the appointee is expected to provide professional support to the three supreme bodies of the University, i.e. the Court, Council and Senate.
The appointee will be required to:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience, and an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Experience in corporate or university governance, administrative management and quality assurance in tertiary institutions or public bodies setting is preferred, while exposure and knowledge of how government departments and universities operate in the Mainland will be advantageous. The ideal candidates should be detail-minded, and possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test and interview. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
