The appointee will provide secretarial assistance to the Associate Director (Building Services) and offer administrative support for the general operations of the Building Services Section within the Campus Management Office, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Major responsibilities include:
Applicants should possess a higher diploma or above with at least 5 years of relevant secretarial/ administrative working experience with at least 2 years serving Senior Executive. Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be responsible, proactive, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, highly organized and able to work both independently as well as in a team. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) are required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
