The HKUST MSc Programs Office is seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to provide administrative and operational support to one of the MSc programs. The duties include course preparation and administration, classroom arrangement, student support, administrative support to the program manager, coordination of student enrichment activities and student recruitment exercise, daily office administration work and any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidates should be good team players who are highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a problem-solving mindset. The appointees should have good interpersonal skills, strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently to meet deadlines. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. The appointees should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic computer knowledge. Working outside regular office hours might be required. Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Officer. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
