HKUST Campus Management Office is looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position of Housing Supervisor. Reporting to the Officer (Housing) or Assistant Manager (Housing), the appointee will be involved in all aspects of staff quarters management.  The main duties of the appointee include:

• Checking of the facilities, installations, and fixtures etc. of the staff quarters and associated common areas regularly;
• Handling of enquiries, requests, and complaints from occupants;
• Coordinate with other teams and contractors on all works relating to the staff quarters; and
• Handling any other duties assigned.

The appointee will be required to work at irregular hours occasionally, and perform duty during typhoon, black rainstorm, or other critical situation.

Applicants should have a diploma and minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in residential properties, or have passed HKCEE/HKDSE and minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in residential properties.  Holder of valid Hong Kong driving licence (Class 2) would be a benefit.  The ideal candidate should:

• be a team player and good communicator with strong customer-oriented mindset;
• be a self-motivated person with a can-do spirit and willing to take up challenges;
• be proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English; and
• be well-versed with PC applications like Microsoft 365 etc.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
