Applications are now invited by the School of Humanities and Social Science for the above position.
The appointee will be responsible for answering daily enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels; providing student consultation to advise and guide students in their learning development; supporting the student admission flow, including interview, review and recruitment exercise. The appointee will also lead in organizing student orientation and related activities support.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1 year of relevant post-qualification work experience. Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills, detailed-oriented and able to work both independently as well as in a team. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) are required. (Duration: 1 year, renewable subject to mutual agreement.)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
