Job Posting Details
The appointee will be responsible for (1) providing executive support to court, council and committee work; (2) organizing meetings and events for various stakeholders of the University; (3) preparing, drafting and editing meeting and communication documents; (4) handling office administration matters such as database and record management, website maintenance, etc.; (5) supporting internal and external liaison; and (6) providing support to projects related to the supreme bodies.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with 3 – 5 years of post-qualification experience, and a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Experience in secretarial services and office administration is preferred. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and good IT proficiency. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
