We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly assist the project team in the research project “Effectiveness of stress mindset intervention on improving self-efficacy in parents of children with special needs: A pilot randomized controlled trial”. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• Conducting literature review on relevant topics;

• Performing quantitative data analysis; and

• Drafting research reports and manuscripts.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree in social science, psychology, statistics or related disciplines; A Master’s       degree in social science or psychology would be an advantage;

• Proficient in SPSS or Rpackage;

• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and

• A good team player and able to coordinate research projects independently.

Duration of Appointment

3 months

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
