We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
R6944: From Bytes to Behaviour: Exploring AI-Driven Nudges for Sustainability in Hong Kong’s Tourism and Hospitality Industry
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Researching topics of service marketing and service technology, including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and research writing, etc.;and
- Managing and coordinating research projects.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A bachelor’s degree or above in business or a related discipline;
- Previous business research experience, demonstrated by sample research papers;
- Basic understanding of the philosophy of social science, theorization, research design, and methods;
- Basic quantitative and (or) qualitative analysis skills;
- A genuine passion for research and strong intrinsic motivation for knowledge seeking;
- Good English skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking;
- Familiarity with the service marketing and service technology literature; and
- Punctuality, collegiality, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
