We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
Developing a course guide, supplementary online and/or audio-visual learning materials at undergraduate higher-level in Social Sciences;
Summarizing the essentials of the course materials;
Supplying succinct explanations;
Deliberating on the critical issues; and
Developing activities and assessments to enhance the students’ learning experience through the course guide.
Candidates
Candidates are expected to possess the following:
A higher degree in Social Sciences;
Publications and teaching experience in tertiary education institutions;
Good writing and communication skills; and
Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the field of Hong Kong society or Hong Kong studies.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a freelance basis.
