About this role
The Senior HSE Specialist will play a key role in supporting site-wide health, safety, and environmental programs with a strong emphasis on industrial hygiene (IH). This position is responsible for anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards that may cause injury, illness, or environmental harm. The Sr. HSE Specialist will work closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving continuous improvement in safety culture and performance.
You will report directly to our Director of HSE and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location.
