As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist with English here at Honeywell Building Automation, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your fluency in English will be essential in effectively communicating with our English-speaking customers and providing them with a seamless experience. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you'll work out of our Katowice, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
