Job Context:

Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL) is looking for a dedicated CS Intern to join our Legal and Secretarial team to provide required support for ensuring corporate governance and compliance. 

The Trainee - Company Secretary/CS Intern will be responsible for assisting the Company Secretary in day-to-day tasks related to statutory compliance, corporate governance, and corporate legal matters. The trainee will also assist in preparing and maintaining company records, drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents, ensuring compliance under applicable provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, RBI and providing required support.
