Director Sales Coaching – India, East Asia, Asean

 This role can be base in KL or India

We are pleased to announce a newly created leadership role within Honeywell Building Automation. As Director Sales Coaching, you will define and lead our Sales Coaching and Enablement strategy, elevating the performance, execution, and capabilities of our sales teams across the region. This hybrid position located in KL or India offers significant international exposure and requires up to 60% travel. You will provide strategic guidance and direction for sales excellence initiatives, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

Key Focus Areas

  • Sales Coaching & Enablement: Deliver one-on-one and group coaching, lead deal reviews, share best practices
  • Program Development & Delivery: Design and scale sales coaching and enablement programs
  • Strategic Account Management Support: Mentor teams, support complex procurement cycles
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and provide data-driven insights

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in building automation sales with channel partners, GCs, and subcontractors
  • Deep understanding of construction industry dynamics and procurement processes
  • Proven sales leadership and coaching experience
  • Expertise in consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Business-fluent in English; additionally, Mandarin or Hindi is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Honeywell technologies
  • Passion for talent development
