This is a fast-track position designed for driven professionals who take career advancement seriously, with promotion opportunities within your first quarter.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners daily (no cold calls).
- Deliver professional in-home presentations and close sales.
- Train directly with top leaders and develop management skills.
- Set the standard for performance and team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of sales or leadership experience (home improvement or B2C preferred).
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ambitious, coachable, and leadership-focused.
