Your Typical Day:
You’ll provide high-quality, non-medical care in a one-on-one home setting. Shifts are designed to fit your lifestyle:
- Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 to 12 hour blocks)
- Overnight / Graveyard: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Live-in Assignments: For those seeking consistent, immersive roles.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion & Reliability: A genuine desire to help seniors age with dignity.
- Experience: At least 6 months of professional caregiving or equivalent training.
- Availability: Minimum of 24 hours/week (including at least three full day or night shifts).
- Mobility: Ability to assist with transfers (up to 150 lbs.) using assistive devices.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- Safety: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
