Role & Key Accountabilities
The Process Engineer drives performance improvement in the plant by analyzing existing processes and products by identifying areas for improvement of plant equipment, operation procedures, and systems for maximum output and lowest direct production cost, achieving the defined quality standards.
• Guarantees compliance to Health & Safety and Environment policies
• Monitors and analyzes key process and operation parameters and process trends to parameters that are out of range and support business decision making
• Optimizes plant production and energy consumption, achieving the defined quality level at high consistency.
o Identifies cost levers and takes action to minimize production costs.
o Designs and implements specific process inspections, measurements and technical audits
o Evaluates the results, identifies corrective actions, liaises with production and maintenance to implement the defined actions and conduct a post audit analysis.
• Carries out benchmarking studies, identifies successful practices and communicate them and commissioning of new installation
• Communicates and implements regulations, company goals, local permits, policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
• Chemical Engineer’s University Degree
• Postgraduate engineering studies (MSc) will be considered a plus
• 2-4 years experience in the industrial sector
• Excellent command of the English language
