Essential Responsibilities:
Service
- Full time position
- Schedule all appointments requested from call center for customer pickup and delivery appointments
- Responsible for pick up and delivery driver’s work schedule
- Coordinate and assign all driver staff for pick up and delivery transfers of customer’s cars
- Ensure all pick up and deliveries are handled timely and efficiently for customer satisfaction
- Reports to Service management team
