About the Role:
As a Charge Nurse at Silver Spring Health & Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our patients. Your primary focus will be to support the healthcare team by providing direct patient care, monitoring patient health, and assisting with medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will ensure that patients' physical and emotional needs are met, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ultimately, your efforts will help maintain a safe, supportive, and healing environment for all residents and patients within our facility.
