Job Description
Functional (job responsibilities)
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, for various digital wealth and system projects.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
Manage project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, including product managers, IT developers, and operations teams, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimizing cost and efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital wealth space.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Build up banks wealth products into digital solution
Ensure the project is executed on timely basis.
Work closely with Product Manager and other key stakeholders to furnish detail requirement internally and externally.
Education/Qualification
Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Finance, Banking, Investment, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, digital marketing, digital product management or related field.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience
Proven experience in project management, specifically within the financial services or wealth management industry
Special Skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
