This internship offers an exciting opportunity for highly motivated undergraduates to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of channel planning and strategy within the Business Channel of a leading financial institution. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to projects that shape the future of our branch network and customer experience. This program is ideal for students in their first, second, or third year of studies who are eager to learn and make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities:
The intern will support the Channel Planning & Strategy team in various initiatives, which may include:
Market Research & Analysis:
Assisting in gathering and analyzing market data, demographic trends, and competitor activities to identify potential branch locations or optimization opportunities.
Supporting research into emerging branch concepts and customer preferences.
Data Compilation & Presentation:
Compiling data for internal reports and presentations related to branch performance and network efficiency.
Assisting in the preparation of visuals and summaries for committee updates.
Project Support:
Providing administrative and coordination support for ongoing branch transformation projects (e.g., branch opening and branch closure).
Assisting with documentation and tracking of project milestones.
Strategic Planning Assistance:
Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new branch formats (e.g., C1, C4 concepts) and service delivery models.
Supporting the team in developing strategic recommendations.
Experience and Skills
Undergraduates who major in Data Science, Business, or Statistics are welcomed to apply.
Exposure to Python for statistical analysis or data automation will be an added advantage.

What you'll do
