- Drive AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from discussion to execution.
- Translate ideas and proposals into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
- Work closely with Cloud, AI Partnership, RPA, and DevOps teams to align initiatives and priorities.
- Coordinate activities across teams to ensure smooth execution and minimise delays.
- Support teams in preparing materials and updates related to innovation initiatives.
- Support engagements with technology vendors and partners, including pilots and initiatives.
- Coordinate follow-ups, documentation, and internal alignment after vendor discussions.
- Assist in managing initiative timelines without direct responsibility for contract negotiations.
- Organise and drive AI awareness activities such as brown bag sessions, demos, and internal showcases.
- Work with internal teams to package use cases and outcomes in a business-friendly manner.
- Support the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the organisation.
- Act as a coordination point between business, technology teams, and partners.
- Prepare simple status updates, presentations, and materials for management reporting.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
