Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum of performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with property developers, real estate agents lawyer and valuers.
Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions, ect when required.
Actively promote Mortgage products.
Cross selling other banking products, when required.
Exhibit high professionalism and competency at all times.
Ensure bank's interest is protected at all times.
Comply with bank's policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignment, Group Management Programmes etc. at all times.
