About this role
Your Role
- Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, minor addition and alternation work in building facilities, focusing on electrical systems
- Conduct fault investigations, oversee the tendering process, perform feasibility studies, prepare specifications and reports, monitor site work progress, develop maintenance plans, and liaise with end users
- Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to ensure best value and service delivery in accordance with agreed SLA and KPI
- Attend emergency call out service if necessary
To Succeed in the Role
- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of generators, UPS systems, switchboards, and electrical systems in property and facilities management
- Able to manage E&M system repairing and maintenance works/ addition & alteration works independently
- Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
