We are seeking a dynamic and experienced personnel to lead our billing and settlement operations in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex billing systems, negotiating contracts, and optimizing revenue processes. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of roaming agreements and voice services.

Your Role

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for roaming and voice billing operations. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Billing Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of roaming or voice billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage credit risk and mitigate frauds. Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance billing operations. Knowledge in roaming operation with DCH and FCH is essential.
• Settlement Processes: Manage settlement agreements with vendors, handle & resolve disputes. Support cross-BU and network interconnect billings and settlement. Manage
  settlement operations and processes, initiate continuous improvement to streamline operations and optimize cost savings.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance and analyze billing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, Legal, Finance & IT) to align billing processes with AR and P& L targets. Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance cooperation and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to billing and settlement processes. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting roaming and voice services.

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Telecom or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in in telecommunications Finance, billing and settlement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting and discrepancy resolution.
• Proficient in billing systems and telecommunications software.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and strategic thinking.
