About this role

Your Role
- Assist engineers in performing design, planning, implementation and operations for outdoor radio networks
- Install and configure radio and transmission equipment, including radio equipment installation and commissioning
- Prepare survey reports, technical proposals, drawings and related documents
- Coordinate logistics for transporting and deploying mobile units to designated locations
- Collaborate with RF engineers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery


To Succeed in the Role
- Associate or Bachelor's degree holder in Telecommunication or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in mobile cell site related work is preferred
- Hands-on experience with telecom hardware installation and commissioning
- Good knowledge of wireless networks
- Good mobile site fieldwork experience
- Good command of reading, written & spoken in English
- Be proactive & like to interact with others
