Maintain documentation of inspection activities, test results, and material disposition while coordinating internal and customer audit activities.
Develop and implement standardized inspection criteria, sampling plans, and test methods, including defining acceptance criteria.
Support supply chain teams with quality‑related data to monitor supplier performance and collaborate with internal partners and suppliers to address issues.
Implement quality processes with operations teams, including non‑conformance management, coaching on problem‑solving methods (such as 8D and RCA), and KPI reporting.
Oversee incoming and outgoing inspection programs across warehouse and assembly environments, ensuring accurate record retention.
Conduct internal audits, document best practices, and use data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
