The opportunity:
In the role of an Application Engineer, employee will contribute to Hitachi energy’s Network Control projects both in India and abroad. Network Control Systems are advanced real-time system for managing operations in a modern control center. It provides monitoring and control capabilities in an integrated software platform.
How you’ll make an impact:
Installation, configuration and verification of Hitachi energy’s Network Control software & third-party software.
Preparation/modifications of product technical documents with project specific requirements.
Data collection, mapping, cleansing and data loads into Hitachi energy’s ES products.
Building displays and generating reports rendered in Graphical User Interfaces.
Conduct system testing both at the factory and at site by systematically documenting the results.
Verify and provide solutions to the technical issues reported by both external and internal customers.
Interface with customer and the local consultant team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (EE)/EEE.
Should have 2-4 years of experience on any SCADA, EMS and DMS product from a reputed vendor.
Should have basic knowledge on any high-level programming language with an experience to use debuggers.
Should have any in-depth scripting knowledge.
Should have ability to fetch data by writing complex SQL statements.
Should have knowledge on Power applications.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
