  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of project activities.

  • Assist in managing changes to project scope, cost, and schedules using appropriate verification processes.

  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them to senior team members as needed.

  • Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Participate in project review meetings and contribute to lessons‑learned discussions to support continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy’s health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project activities.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles, preferably within the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with project management tools such as MS Project is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, develop skills, and take on increasing responsibility.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
