The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy’s HVDC business and take your first step into a global, technically advanced, and strategically critical area of our organization. As a Junior Commissioning Manager, you will support our commissioning teams in delivering safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective execution of HVDC projects worldwide.
In this role, you will learn how commissioning is led globally and work closely with experienced Commissioning Managers to ensure that processes, knowledge, and resources are in place throughout the project lifecycle. You will gain hands‑on exposure to HVDC technology, on‑site testing, project execution, and international collaboration—an ideal opportunity to grow into a future Commissioning Manager.
Expect extensive travel—up to 75% of your time on-site, with assignments ranging from 6 to 12 months globally. When home, we offer flexibility in your work location.
