Join us in shaping the future of Network Control Services on a global scale!

We are looking for a business-minded professional with strong technical expertise and proven experience with SCADA systems to define and drive our Global Service Portfolio Strategy.

This is a unique chance to combine business development, product management, and technical know-how to create impactful service offerings that meet evolving market needs.
You will be responsible for the development and governance of global service offerings for Network Control, ensuring alignment with market needs and collaborating closely with Product Management to define the roadmap.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop and govern the global service offerings for Network Control.

  • Collaborate closely with regional and local units to understand customer demands and market trends.

  • Define and implement the Global Service Strategy as part of the Service Core Team.

  • Work with Product Management, System Support, and Local Service Units to create a standardized, future-ready service portfolio.

  • Engage directly with customers and technical product managers for strategic discussions — you’ll translate requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.

  • Influence global delivery options and ensure alignment across all service units.

Your background

  • A technical foundation with a university degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience with SCADA systems (Network Control) and utility customers.

  • Comfortable leading through influence rather than direct authority

  • Proven ability to define strategy and build roadmaps for service portfolios.

  • Strong business mindset—you combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking.

  • Experience in business development and product management, plus familiarity with Network Control.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams.

  • Ability and willingness to travel approx. 20%
