Join one of our manufacturing plants in Łódź as part of our Engineering Team. As CNC Programmer - Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for improving production processes and optimizing existing technologies, as well as developing new machining solutions for CNC equipment.
How you’ll make an impact
Drive continuous improvement of machining processes and tooling with a focus on safety, quality, and cost optimization.
Identify issues and implement preventive solutions.
Program CNC machines to ensure efficient and precise operations.
Create and maintain technological documentation.
Oversee and monitor the execution of technological processes.
Track and analyze production performance indicators for assigned processes.
Your background
Higher technical education (preferred fields: Mechanics, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation & Robotics).
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., NX, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD).
CNC programming skills.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of machining processes and technological workflow development.
Good command of English.
